Rakkaholics Anonymous Quest no showing up
I started a new game using the level 30 start but mordecai doesn't have the quest or any quest. Is there a quest I need to do first or is it just glitched?

With a new level 30 character, you are on the final mission - Talon of God. Defeat the Warrior and unlock TVHM. Mordecai, Brick, Lilith and Claptrap are not in Sanctuary for this mission, so any missions they had will not become available until they return to Sanctuary. Defeat the Warrior and when you leave, go to Sanctuary and speak to them there.
