How do I install mods?

Any help with what? And what's Vortex? You say one problem for you is that you can't find BL2 ~ you can buy it here on Steam or anywhere that sells it with valid Steam keys if you want to play it here. Once you buy the game BL2 you can burn it for all Gearbox cares but they've never really supported modding in their games. You can try a developer that writes games for modders like Bethesda or one of those ~ really there are loads of developers out there writing for modders. Hope this helps ~ good luck (y)

It's quite easy but you need to hex edit BL2

You can use BLCMM to do this for you (search on YT)

Or try
