If the Sandhawk is something you want to base your gameplay on, you have the option in UVHM to do a [reset] of the entire playthrough and then do early Scarlett's until you get a new one. Repeat every few levels when the Sandhawk becomes out levelled - this will happen shockingly quickly in UVHM.
General advice for those who really, really want a Sandhawk without resetting UVHM is to ignore Scarlett's until you are at max level. Then go and get one.
Use gibbed to bump the level up whenever you think it needs to be. Or not.
The Sandhawk , with good parts is a very powerful gun, but it is not the best choice in many cases. There are better smg's out there for general mobbing.
