Grog Nozzle drop?
I have lost hope, but I may still try: can somebody drop me a Grog Nozzle? Any variant is ok.
I have heard many people farmed a lot of it during the community event long time ago, and I would love to finally be able to complete my build.
Thanks in advance.

Well, the Grog can't drop. The only place you can get it is the side quest (the one on Tina's DLC about the drunk dwarves). Why can't you use that one?

The Grog Nozzle is a quest item from The Beard Makes The Man, it's pretty easily accessible, just don't turn the quest in.

If you want a non-quest version you can (I believe) make one with Gibbed.

It's also an item that the UCP turns into a normal drop if you want to go that route.

Grog can be obtained via The Quest The Beard Makes The Man in Tiny Tina DLC. As long as you dont finish the quest you have it in your invetory as a quest weapon. However in multiplayer/coop if the host didnt picked the quest you will not have it.

If you have community patch installed, it is a quest reward from that very same quest.

Otherwise, you can get one by using the Gibbed save editor or have someone duplicate it for you in coop.

its not a reward from the UCP thats a seperate mod. it is a rare drop from the golden golem boss on the UCP though

The reasons I cannot use it are:

1) I've already finished the quest and cannot access it anymore with my actual char
2) You can't use it if your host has not accepted the quest yet
3) The version you get from the Tina quest keeps changing everytime you log in the game, so it's kinda unstable for a solid elemental build

I was asking for the version you could farm from the golden golems, which is droppable and not linked to the quest. I know many people farmed a lot of it during the event and maybe someone did not need it anymore, or had an extra copy to spare. Thanks in any case for the answers ^^

Gibbed can help you help yourself.

There was a legit time window back then to farm a Grog for like a week, now it's only possible via the patch or by using Gibbed. I'd say most people get it via Gibbed because you get the variant they need most, others farm it via the patch, both versions can be dropped/duped. I'd say Gibbed is the easiest way.

not to mention, even if you keep "The Beard Makes The Man" completely open without turning in the quest itself, you won't be able to carry it over to other difficulty modes (especially if you reset UVHM). So I can understand those who use Gibbed to make a specific version (especially if you're going for Melee Zer0 builds).
There's no shame in using Gibbed for something like this. As long as it passes the sanity check it really doesn't matter if you gib it in or not.

You can reset UVHM.
