I do (respectfully lol) disagree on multiple of your points. The "crew challanges" are what I see as the new "reward" for exploring the map, I think they are better than just walking up to a vault symbol.
I like a lot of the NPCs, I think Wainwright Jacbos was instand love for me, but on my second playthough I found myself warming up to more of the characters like Tyreen and Ava. The only character I have a real problem with is Rhys, but I understand that making a character you can play in so many different ways an NPC is a nightmare, he is just not like I personally play him. The cutscenes are up to personal preference, I don't mind them at all.
I don't know you read the whole tread, but I think I said earlier that people are complaining that BL3 is both too much like BL2 and not enough like BL2 at the same time. I think the gameplay is improved where they have taken all the things I personally enjoy about BL2 and taken it a step up, could they have done more? Sure, but taking it too far could also make it less recognizable and that would surely also make people complain.
The player base I mostly blame the epic store exclusive thing on. All of my friends are waiting for it to come to steam, so I hope to see it pick up a bit when it's out here too.
There still are a ton of references, game of thrones, rick and morty, lord of the rings, jurassic park, pen and teller even downton abbey are just the once I can think of off the top of my head, and they aren't subtle, the skill trees, skins and items are also ripe with references.

I wish they made a Remake of BL1 and BL2, instead of making this spoiling sequel that is called BL3

Yes, not as many as other manufacturers have though. I've not found any myself but the quasar and hex grenade mods are supposedly really good.
Yes.. carrier and yell are both atlas weapons. They're not very well represented in legendary drops. I have the yell and don't think it's good at all.
critique now: I found it strange that they dropped in the aliens all of a sudden without much explanation. Where were they all along in previous games? Do they just sort of hang out near vaults? How do they even live? The only way i could make sense of it is that they don;t hang out on pandora and hence we never saw them. maybe it'll make more sense later.
