Best Melee character

Do you prefer edgelord Zer0 or the shirt lacking Krieg?

There is no "best" anything in this game, it is all dependent on your personal preference.

Also one important thing to note is that Zer0, unlike Krieg is a lot more gear dependant. Krieg can just spec into Mania tree and go nuts, but Zer0 needs a good Roid Shield, Rapier (or Law), Evsiceration slag Rubi (or Grog if you are a noob), chain lightning to strip his shield (since he doesn't have skills that keep his shield down, unlike Krieg.

for melee zero is better real krieg is wen u spec in hellborn and bloodsplosion with flame of firehawk there is lot of farm to get gear for him but once u get all stuff its very powerful

Zer0's melee builds are more viable than Krieg's by a fair margin. That and I find Krieg better with a fire build than with a melee build

it depends really. zero is more like an assassin with his melee like the rest of his builds whereas krieg is more in your face, tanking damage and wanting to be hit

i haven't played Zer0 but Hellborn Krieg is crazy. Everything is on Fire!! all the time!

I tried the Mania tree but it was difficult to play. When I turned into the Badass Psycho Mutant I couldn't see anything because when Krieg kills blood splatters on the screen whcih obscures your vision. Coupled with hitting yourself in the face with the Buzzsaw and getting the blurry screen effect, there were times where I couldn't see anything that was happening on screen...which of course means I died alot.
