you can choose some settings to make itharder but not many people do that....
there is the gun randomizer mod that randomizes weapon parst that usually would not work together, you might wanna check that out, otherwise there are non that I know of
I tried searching for it, I got presented with a Skyrim mod.
As of now, they released another version of patch, which consists strictly of bug fixes and visual updates.
2) QoL stuff: like auto-pickup eridium, refilling ammo in vendor by 1 click. etc. Minor, but awesome changes.
3) If you want to spice up gameplay: randomizers(Gear/Enemy/Skill), "Chaotic Teams" mods at your service.
more buffs to skills and weapons then buffs to enemies and only a couple nerfs here and ther it does make the games easier without using the filter tool
