Whats the best sand hawk for gaige?

Usually Shock Element for synergy with Gaige's center tree skills, Dahl for the non-fixed parts to increase burst count, and Flying Prefix for increased bullet velocity.

Flying is the best prefix for a Sandhawk, Dahl parts, yadda yadda, but for Gaige I would have to say as a main weapon, none of them. The problem with Gaige using one effectively is Anarchy. When you have 300+ stacks, there is no pretty flappy bird pattern heading downrange, it is a cloud of projectiles sort of heading in the right direction. I have tried using one on the Peak and it was basically useless. I suppose if you ended up with a slag Sandhawk there would be lots of slag projectiles that could slag whole areas, but a corrosive or shock for causing damage? Nah. Not really.

For someone like Pyro Pete, a shock Sandhawk works well. I usually destroy his shields with a shock Fibber, then a Sandhawk to finish it off. I don't bother pre-stacking in the bar beforehand, so the Sandhawk isn't really affected by a huge stack.
Outside of that, none of my Gaiges use one in general combat. All Whoops! rewards go to my various Mayas.

The projectiles fired from the Sand Hawk are not affected by Gaige's skill Close Enough.
