Animal Rescue: Food bug?

So I was killing the skags for their tongues until I noticed that the item pickup was out of bounds, I grenade jumped and got to it but there was a kill barrier. I quit and came back and it's still happening. Any ideas?
(edit: I got to out of bounds again and got it before the kill barrier could get me.)

When something like the skag parts / assassin echoes / whatever end up somewhere unreachable. just leave the map and return. The game will put said item somewhere reachable.
For feeding Dukino, any skag tongues will do. I generally go to Three Horns near the Happy Pig Motel. Lots of skags there.

If things like the power core from Willhelm end up out of bounds, just wait for a bit and the game will mark it as collected, like it will with the first power core on the mission.
