If you're not used to FPS on the switch, avoid this.
TERRIBLE on the switch.

from what ive noticed its not bad i believe bl1 is a solid 60fps almost constantly (cant confirm) 2 and tps fluctuate between 60-30 and its not bad for a switch port

Still playing it on the Vita. I'm very used to playing games with low FPS. Played BL2 before the 4k Textures Pack on a ASUS Transformer Book (Intel Atom). The Switch should be more pleasant to play. Unless your standards are higher like playing BL2 on an NVIDIA Shield device, then definitely look away from the Switch version but nevertheless, the Switch and Vita versions are really worth playing on-the-fly.

Mostly the Switch version as it includes every bit of DLC. Not sure if it inlcudes the headhunter Packs, but still Tiny Tina DLC on the Switch is cool.

Borderlands is hard capped to 30 FPS on the switch. FPS drops mean you are experiencing even less than 30 FPS. Not really such a thing as a bad port for the switch because the resolution is only 720p, hardly a rendering challenge.

Edit:
To clarify no such thing as a bad port in terms of graphics.
