Dexiduous the Invincible
So, I after completing my TVHM, I decided to solo hunt some Raid Bosses in Normal and finished almost all of them except Terramorphus (who is in Normal level 52 :o !! and killed me quite easily) and found out that there is a raid boss called Dexiduous, who you can summon on your own without any quest. I checked Wiki and it's said that you need to pay around 100 Eridium to spawn him :o

What are my chances of killing him in Normal if I'm Level 51 Axton and is it worth at all?

Forget Dexi exists, and enjoy the rest of the game. It is a buggy, time consuming, boring boss fight that doesn't reward you with anything meaningful.

They really couldn't have missed the mark more...

As the other person said, Dexi is just not worthy

If you are a gun 'collectionist', gotta get 'em all, Dexi can drop the blue unique Chopper, bandit AR. which I think has a 33% drop rate.
Dexi also has the distinction of having the highest hp of any enemy in the game.
Go here and have a look :

He will be playthrough cap +3
Those two legged drifters? Dexi has 1000x their health.

He is resistant to pretty much everything and only takes significant damage from the white crit spots that appear on his body over time. Basically a bullet sponge, with very erratic movements that means you miss a lot. Take an on-level Infinity for when you run out of other ammo.

Basically, Dexi is a waste of 100 eridium, and the only worthwhile/interesting thing he can drop is the unique Chopper.

The main reason people fight Dexi is to spawn then farm a max-level Savage called Omnd-Omnd-Ohk (commonly known for short as OOO), who has a chance to drop the Twister shotgun, a unique Jakobs shock elemental shotgun that is excellent especially for Gaige. However it's not worth doing this at level 50. Save it for when you are at level 80 or in OP levels.

Your eridium will be better spent upgrading your ammo/storage at this stage of the game. If by some chance you've maxed all these out and have max (500) eridium, you'd be better off starting UVHM and immediately doing the Tiny Tina's Assault DLC, so that you can use the eridium there -- I won't get into spoiler-type details if you haven't done that DLC yet.

Lol I max Eridium purchases by Wildlife (Midgame) in Normal. Coming up with 100 more shouldn't be a problem but I play slots alot. This is without entering any DLC.

Thank you guys, that's what I thought, I'm not maxed on Eridium yet, so I'll probably put this one on hold :D

Oh, spoil me please :D - I have finished Dragons in Normal, but my Eridium was so low at that time that I haven't checked much options of spending extra of it :D - Do you refer to feeding the princess or something else?

Yes, exactly. You can also always stock up on eridium by fighting the dragons on normal a few times, it should be fairly easy with explosive or non-elemental weapons.

Yep, I've done the dragons on normal a couple of times, but to feed the princess - I have to finish the whole DLC on UVHM :O - That's quite a fit, but yes, I guess she can give pretty good weapons at the end. But it will be very hard I assume :o

Certainly not easy, but going through it also gives you access to the mission item the Grog Nozzle, which is extremely useful for healing throughout Ultimate mode, and the chance to get very useful class mods for most characters, and the unique grenades.

Yep, I'm still using these magic missile slag grenades that I've got while doing it on normal :D
