E-tech gemstones do not exist legitimately. The exception is Hyperion E-tech pistols, the same bug that allows them to spawn in non-elemental also allows them to spawn as gemstone weapons.
To create it in gibbed: New Weapon -> Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep (instead of "Base Game"). DLC weapons must be created using the corresponding DLC, and gemstones count as DLC weapons.
They dont exist legit, but I could make that pink LMG that is shown in the wiki page when googling bandit weapon manufacturer?
