Should I play it via Steam or via Epic Games?

Greetings. I own the game with all DLCs except the last one about commander Lilith. I also own Borderlands: The Handsome Collection in EGS that include Commander Lilith DLC and
Ultra HD Texture Pack. The problem is that EGS does not show me all the others DLCs and I do not know what should I do. Is it possible to play cross-platfrom on-line? I mean Steam and EGS.

Playing Windows to Windows is not cross platform (despite the false claims of some publishers and shady businesses like EGS). The game originally had corss-pltform but they killed that for EGS...

But yes - you can play either version together with others.... just that the "shi(f)t" system they implemented is often borken, causes stuttering (even in single player) and prevents you from playing with mac/Linux users or anybody that has downgraded to an older version.

However thank you for your reply. Now I know that I could use EGS second time in my life. But still what about available conten in EGS? Thei store page for B2 show only two DLC while Steam shows about fifty.

The Handsome-collection includes EVERYTHING aside from Lilith, and you already said you got that too.
So you should have everything.

Thank you. Now I am going to install EGS just because one single Commander Lilith DLC.

To play online you need to add your friend to shift. It doesn't matter if you play on epic, or steam, or wherever.
