BL3 golden guns preorder *SOLVED*

In your inventory hover over the gun you want then press F to inspect, then press X to change the weapon skin and your golden skin should be in there if you preordered the game

In the mail box under social menu, disable the audio surround thing if don't have surround accessory to use it properly.

i just restarted my game and pc a few times and the sound fixed itself somehow. As for the gold skin its not in there, so idk whats going on

did you do the preorder survey? its on the borderlands 3 website. look at your gearbox account reward history and see if it got added there.

I think you have to reach the mailbox to get rewards. That's what it said to me. I don't know where is the first mailbox though

How would i check if i did it or not? Pretty sure i did it when i first signed up but im not sure

EDIT: Yeah i did do the survey, but that only gives you the early adopter pack. Which gives you a gun, 5 golden keys and an echo device skin. No golden skins for any guns anywhere

yeah you need to be ingame to access your mail. go ingame, press escape, go to social then its the 4th tab

go to borderlands3.com sign in to your shift profile and check rewards history, if not then its on the activities page

Go complain somewhere else. a game is a game i dont care where i bought it from. Steam doesnt give two ♥♥♥♥♥ about you waiting to buy on steam, they will gladly take your money without a second thought.
