It's most likely that the legendary cat some people would trade you is a gibbed one, I can give you one if you want xD

What stats does a Gibbed Legendary Cat have vs a normal Legendary Cat?

A person who gibbed the COM is most likely to modify it to be perfect stats(138% damage, 36% acc. penalty). But in theory you can also get very lucky and get that drop yourself.

I've found a perfect Legendary Siren the other day, in my non-gibbed character, I was happy as a clown.

OP, level is not that important compared to the numbers. I have found Cats at 72 that are way better than some OP8 ones.

That is a perfect Cat I have. Not gibbed. It took close to 7K hours before I finally found one. The Cat on the ground would meet your requirements of being OP8, but I could not bring myself to give one of them to anyone. That was left on the ground.

That's because it's a poor roll, most likely a 1 in the first stat and 2-3 on the penalty, to get a perfect one you need to roll 5 and 5. And yeah, a good rolled one would be better than others of superior levels.

I believe it's a Sawbar. And speaking of the Legendary Cat, got a prefect to drop recently, it was OP6 tough, 137% and 35% then I got another one in OP8 but 138% and 41%. I wonder if that 1% damage will make a huge difference when you take all other buffs in account(Bone of the ancients, Reaper, etc). The accuracy penalty doesn't seem to make a difference tought.
