Most people accidentally commit suicide their first time shooting it.
I believe it's statistically the game's most powerful gun but you're forced to wonder where you need something like it and the fact is it has very little usefulness in BL2 - but it is very expensive so if you're broke selling it gives a nice pop to your bank balance.
but couldn't one do the Flakker exploit with the Tunguska though? just wondering
that's what I thought. I only asked this question, is because I was going by the secondary explosion that the Tunguska sets off (the one that puts players into FFYL).
yeah, I remember VynlicPumaGaming mentioning something about that on one of his YouTube videos, where he shows off the Nukem launcher from the Pre-Sequel.
