Unkempt Herold farming

So I have tried to farm that guy (don't member the name) in three horns devide for Unkempt Herold, I killed the guy like 30 times and he droped literally nothing, not even a green gun, literally nothing. Am I doing something wrong or he don't drop it any more? Didn't play B2 for a while...
PC, no community patch... Thx

That's simply unlucky but that's the game. Shortly I tried to farm the Infinity and killed Doc Mercy exactly 49 times before he dropped this pistol and then it was underleveled...

When i farm him last time it took about 5-10 tries, but ok than, I will try some more I guess... XD thx

Just bad luck on your part. The average is about 1 drop per 10 kills. But yes, it can vary a lot.

if you're farming Savage Lee, i've found that finding him in the Marrowfields is slightly better than if he spawns behind the Fast Travel Station at Three Horns. the reason being that in the Marrowfields, you only have to deal with 3 Bullymongs whereas behind the Travel Station you somtimes have to deal with 4-6 of them.

I am playing Krieg so bullymongs die in seconds :P I will try there as well...

when you spawn at the Travel Station, check your mini-map if there are some red dots then he's there.

When you spawn in at the fast travel, if Lee has spawned behind there, you will see red dots on the map. No red dots, get a vehicle and head the the Marrow Fields.

I recommend zoning into Frostburn Canyon, then zoning back out. That'll put you in the little Bandit camp at the entrance. If you save/quit then, you'll be saved to that spot. From there, just run through the camp, jump the gap and climb the ridge, Savage Lee will be right below you. Much faster than driving over from the Fast Travel station.

The UCP wasn't meant to be installed until after you've completed the Vanilla game. In the Vanilla version of the game, you can also buy a UH or better a DPUH most frequently as item of the day from Torgue vending machines if you've installed the Torgue dlc.
