Or use google to read up on a few facts?
This is not my buisness of course, but you are spamming threads left and right about little facts about the game you could easily get the answers to yourself.
Answer:
You just quit the game and it saves the last "Travel" point plus all your XP and gear and stuff.
It will NOT save at checkpoints, those are only for respawn purposes. If you quit the game, you will start at the last Fast Travel station, usually.
What's your next thread? Here, I have some suggestions:
How do I step left?
How do I take the bullets out of my gun and look at them?
How do I turn down the ingame sound of Tom Jones singing about his herpes?
What does stinging cactus smell like? Any recipes?
Why can't I troll in a subtle, cunning and humorous fashion?
explain how bullets do this? http://i.imgur.com/sjhAEwX.png
