Play it with no sound and turn off subtitles for text I guess or walk away while they talk.
There are a lot of sexual remarks and crude jokes in general but besides that it's pretty tame and there aren't any (that I can think of) depictions of sex, nudity etc.

Doesn't do all of it all of the time but has each of those a points in the game. I think it is mild, because it is done in a humorous over the top way. However, there have been those who complained of not having a switch to turn off "that EVIL language".

I think it depends on where you are. On Steam I don't remember ever seeing it under 17, for me in Texas anyway, I thought it was 18+, so they did change it or I remember it incorrectly. I am used to seeing PG? for ages under 18, there is no keeping up with how they label things.
edit: The rating is just M...mature? That leaves me out.... bah I play it anyway.
