I hear you, but have gotten so used to luring him into the barge and offing him there that it doesn't bother me anymore. Super quick, and in about 20 minutes or so I've both gotten a new hornet or two or three as well as replenishing both my ammo and cash.
The little I miss because it's fallen inaccessibly behind one of the boxes in the barge isn't worth concern. I've yet to have a gun thrown in a spot where I can't get to it either.
I dont like killing him in the barge because it goes behind everything. Im only after a hornet anyway. The cash doesnt concern me.
True, it's not that hard to miss, never had a problem either.
I always assumed that his loot flies out on purpose so it doesn't get stuck everywhere or even flies out of bounds.
Instead it's laid out nice and clean in the large area.
I'm perfectly fine with that to be honest.
