How to turn of travel timer

I saw someone disable the travel timer for multiplayer and was wondering how you would do that. I know its probably a console commmand so If someone can just tell me that I will be eternally grateful bc im sick of all the trolls going into menus

i think i figured it out (with help from some mods)
If you have already used a hex editor and can use the console to execute commands then use "set GD_Globals.General.Globals TravelDelay #" ("#" being how long you want the timer to be) and you should be good to go I believe. It still has a small delay, so someone may still open a menu but it should resolve a lot of issues. ^w^

Obviously don't need this anymore, but like the other guy said W for posting it for others. The original replies I got were not helpful in the slightest.
