Why won't Mr. bubbles spawn.

I've been doing a ton of research on him and have been trying to get him to spawn for a long time now and he won't appear. its like he's not even in the game anymore. do i have to finish a quest first like go to the top of the light house or something wtf.

Not a commonly requested enemy but anyway If memory serves, I think you may have gone too far if you're already at the Lighthouse map. Retrace your steps (go backwards) to the little town in-between the footbridge to Magnys and the travel station where you first landed for this mission. Bubbles & Lil Sis have always been in that little town for me. I'm levelling a new toon at the moment so I've got to do the mission anyway and will double check this for you. Will comment in this thread if you leave it up.

no im at the broken fast travel staion in magnus light house i know where he spawns and have been running like a rat on a wheel in circles going to each spawn location and then exiting when he doesnt spawn

im trying to get the weapon obivously for a couple reasons, one it would be good on my shock anarchist and 2 more death trap due to glich

Same thing again for me no wait convenient this time right there where we agree. It's probably just the RNG being extra-mean to you today - you know how fickle it can be - just its nature. I know what you want & it's not time-critical so I'd just do other stuff in the game for your next few hours before trying again - they'll show up eventually. PS I don't know if it's written this way but it kinda feels like a tripwire near the footbridge flipped when I passed & it seemed to call them to appear.

Mr Bubbles can spawn in the lower levels of the map. I have never seen him on the lighthouse level. Nor have I found him in the very first dockside area.
I have found him several times in the area just before you use the elevator to get to the top.
I reckon it has taken me half a dozen tries for each spawn of the pair. It really shoudn't take too long before they do spawn, unless you have angered the game RNGods in some way.

Unfortunately, just had catataract surgery and was shooting at rocks for the last 500 hours and the one eye went bad ,now see imaginary spiders, makes the game quite interesting. think I"m 18 again and on hallucagenics!

i know he doesnt spawn on the light house levels but up there is the fastest way to hit all three spawn areas. i know where he spawns pls RNG gods.

its not useless if you take into the fact you can get instant cool down on your action skill, it does a ton of damage, and its good for shock anarchy
