NPC Enemies screaming all the time.

Constant yelling and screaming, eeeee, ooooo, arrhhh, myyy facee, every single fight and the kicker is the dialog for the tapes / story you pick up are on the same audio channel, so you can't turn down the obnoxious screaming.

Those midgets are the worst, high pitched squealing monstrosities and those enemies that don't shut up going on some soliloquy that never ends.

Is there a way to shut the enemies up?

Oh they still scream after you disembowel them.

try different languages, some are pretty funny and the bandit voices change with every language

Options - > Audio - > you can reduce the volume

But those are kinda funny for me. Especially those high pitched midgets :)
