How to transfer save borderlands 2 from steam to epic games?

Above shows how to do it for BL3 I would assume its just a case of finding the save folders for BL2 instead and copying them across to the epic folder. Best case senario would be just have BL2 installed through Epic Launcher only create a character save and quit. And then see if it makes a folder for that game under the location above I am sure it would be the same for BL2 and BL3
