how to skip or disable repeated cut scene

so i keep getting the same cut scene over and over, i have not found a way to skip or disable cut scene, any help?

With mine, if I'm playing the game over again, I can hit any button on my controller and it bypasses the cut scenes.

Which cut scene? Marcus? Zed? Both?

These will continue to play every time you visit them if you do not do their initial missions. Marcus has the one that tells you about the various elements, and Zed has the one that assists him with surgery. You need to do these both to stop their respective cut scenes.
