Uranus - Multiple Legendaries/Pearls/Effeverscents from a single kill are lower level
In my experience whenever Uranus drops more than 2 items, that are Legendary or better, the level of all drops is decreased.

Everything was OP8 instead of OP10.

Everything was OP9 instead of OP10 (the two effervescents were skins, sadly, so this could be influenced by whether or not gear drops vs skin drops)

Does anyone have any other data on this?

Quick edit:
I also noticed that a loot midget seems to spawn quite often from one of the two Regular Ammunition Crates located to the left and up the stairs.

The ones that look like this:

Once I reach OP10, any underlevelled drops I want to keep get gibbed up to OP10. Cause screw those idiots t gearbox for not making this automatic if the only or all players are OP10.

That's a fair point, I'll start doing that from now on. I got a perfect baby maker today, so it would have been great on my explosive Krieg, except it was OP8. Not a major damage difference, but nothing worse than perfect parts on non-max level gear.

You're not cheating. You're not playing it your own way. You're fixing their mistake. That's the way I see gibbing weapons and stuff on-level.

I will cheat to save time, not to circumvent difficulty. If I'm learning a raid, dying over and over and run out of money or eridium, am I really going to go to handsome sorceror and farm just so i can get back to figuring out the raid? I can kill him very, very quickly, but still, hell no. I'll gib in money or E so I can continue working on what I'm working on. I will not, however, cheat my BAR or gib in a weapon I might want to try if Im having difficulty beating something. I wont exploit, either. But its only a game, and at some point, Im just saving real-world time, not making anything easier. This does not apply to weapon parts, and the compounded odds of getting all the right parts, because given the low droprates for legendaries, farming for a perfect-parted item creeps out of the realm of time spent and becomes practically impossible in many cases. I have dealbreaker parts for my favorite gear and stuff i can live with.I will take any pimpernel, so long as it has a 10 or greater mag and the desired element. My elemental bees need only have sub-6.5 second delays, etc., etc. I have a lot of good gear, but very few "perfect" items. They are all farmed.

I get changing gear from NVHM to UVHM but once you're done with the game and just want to try OP levels you're stuck farming constantly for 20-25 levels? It's not like UVHM becomes harder when you get to 80, it's the same challenge it was at 50 if you have leveled gear.

I know it doesn't work the same because the loot is leveled in this game but you didn't have to do this in D2 or TL2. For that reason I don't feel bad at all gibbing up-to-date levels on gear you found and like (uniques and legendary mostly).

I also find weird there is no customizing function on guns. In a world with such technology, how hard can it be to replace a stock with another brand. It's not like effects on weapons are magic.

After playing, well almost any other game these days, it is a rather glaring omission that there is no crafting of weapons. FO4, Metro, Outer Worlds, they all have it and it's a good thing. As far as UVHM, there is no need to farm for 30 levels. You can use what drops, same as in the first 2 playthroughs. I only farm in UVHM very selectively, but I mostly use what drops. I don't start farming seriously until I reach 80 to prepare for OP runs. I don't do raids until I'm OP10 cause, why bother until then?
