That will not work. Xbox 360 save files are encrypted. You will need Horizon to decrypt the files first, then use Gibbed to change them from Xbox 360 to PC save files.
Like FailCur3 said, there are numerous resources explaining this easy process step by step. Just use Google.
I tried googleing but didnt get a result that couldt help me. Though i not very good at this stuff.I have tried Horizon just dont know where to decrypt the save in the program.

Yes they are. That's why you need to use Horizon
