All weapons / grenades / shields are 120 crystals, while the various relics are 50 crystals.
The seraph raid bosses are unlocked when you finish the DLC campaign and defeat the final boss.
The raid bosses : (all are Invincibles)
Captain Scarlett's - Hyperius and Master Gee.
Torgue - Pyro Pete
Hammerlock's - Voracidous
Tiny Tina's - The Ancient Dragons
Each one drops from somewhere from 7 to 12 crystals each time. Sometimes a bit more, depending on the boss.
Easiest to hardest :
Pyro Pete
Hyperius
Gee can be gate crushed, so arguably the easiest, but killing him legit is rather tedious
The Ancient Dragons and Voracidous are the hardest to deal with.
Terramorphous somewhere towards the easy end of the scale.
Wow. I just realized you're right about Terra and crystals. So the worm is a raid boss but not a seraph guardian. I'll just do a U turn here before we get into the nonexistent lore of this game.
No, crystals are pink
You must beat the corresponding DLC Campaigns to get the option to fight them, each costs some Eridium to get to however.
