This was a comment made by a fan over the down voting of Borderlands 2 and Randy Pitchford's little outburst as the CEO of Gearbox he should of known better than to act like this and all it has done has left a bad taste in my mouth supporting Gearbox or 2K from here on out. More or less Randy more or less crying over the misuse of the review system and the down voting that has been going on

His quote "Makes me Kind of happy about 2k's decision and makes me want to reconsider Gearbox Publishing's current posture on the platform" So a fan responded

"This would not have happened if there wasn't an exclusivity deal. You, 2K, or whoever is responsible brought it upon themselves, and it is their fault for everyone being♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥off."

And Randy Pitchford freak out moment “I wouldn’t hit you if you didn’t deserve it. It’s your fault I am hitting you.” WTF is wrong with you and this victim blaming ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t. Kindly ♥♥♥♥ off, troll."

He represents a company and more or less threatens steam users with a boycott and it speaks bounds about Gearbox and him as a whole and I might be one of a few but Gearbox won't get a single thing off me from here on out

Because Epic store launcher has already proven to be a spyware once the news reported that it steals Steam user friend list without permission from Valve. yes and i find it so amusing that gearbox is the publisher of risk of rain 2. i noted that way back when risk of rain started to be a best seller that it was a gearbox published game. i even asked on Randys twitter why risk of rain 2 is on steam and not bl3. of course he did not answer.

I think because gearbox actually publishes risk of rain 2 not Take 2. On another note found great video that debunks Sweeneys claim that valves 30% cut is excessive amongst other things people should really know regarding exclusivity and how epic is being monopolistic not Valve.

Context always matters to be honest since Andy represents gearbox his attitude doesn't look to great on borderlands 3 as a whole let alone the microtransactions. And considering this thread has been a constructive there is no reason for it to be closed

Attacking fans who were asking him legitimate questions is never a good idea and it paints a very poor picture. Yes he had a few trolls he could always ignore and turn off twitter and Andy needs to understand that he is a CEO what ever he say's effects every employee that works at Gearbox as a whole. He could always be a adult and turn off twitter for a few months

Well that's another thing that should be added to this discussion. Not to sure I might be 100% wrong here but I'm sure 2K pulled the plug on the epic game store little summer sale. So that no longer has any meaning really

Like hens at a factory farm, bloated to grow as fast as they can, some cases reaching size for slaughter in under 3 months. This almost litterally explosive growth causes issues with bones and organs failing.
This strategy for going after as much growth as possible as fast as possible could end up being a trainwreck that doesn't stop for miles. They have to take it slower or they will collapse in on themselves.
Start by adding features to the store as they get more content to fill it. It took Steam quite some time to get it right, learn from your competition.
