BL2 Community Patch Not Working

every since the update the community patch doesn't seem to be working and i've tried looking it up for a fix but i cant seem to find any at least not yet anyone out there have a fix or is their's still working?

just use the manual process on https://mentalmars.com/game-news/borderlands-2-unofficial-community-patch/#install worked perfectly fine when i went through the steps

... latest multitool on Github alows to hexedit and set console, but you prob. will have to uninstall BLCMM and after reinstall again after that just for patch management/customization ..

The manual edit does still work as expected and that's what i'm using now but thanks for the response
