Disabling auto reload

Why I want it? Because of skill "Empty The Rage" where you get +10% when your gun is empty or shield... But everytime I empty my gun it auto reloads :/ Is there a way how to disable it?

pretty sure it auto reloads if you click one more time on an empty mag... so i guess dont click anymore to fire after it says 0/whatever? unless thats not the case then i don't know but maybe try going into options> gameplay/controls ?

It autoreloads after you shoot last bullet from magazine :/ In gameplay it isnt here in keyboard/mouse too :/

There are situations where you can get your gun to not auto reload. The easiest way is to run out of an ammo type. Also i believe auto reload wont happen on the infinity if you are out of bullets then acquire more, this also works with other weapons but they usually reload if you switch away and back to them.

But what I want is owning a sniper rifle without ammo in magazine but if I die I can reload and shoot on long range so losing all ammo isnt a way for me (trying to melee run) and Infinity you can own around level 8-9 while farming on Doc Mercy

I am fairly certain there is no consistent way to cancel the auto reload for any gun that is not the infinity, however i have occasionally had guns not reload usually after switching between two guns during a fight (that still goes away if you switch to another gun and back). Instead of preventing the reload you can just cancel it by using a melee attack or switching weapons to keep the empty mag. (just a warning if you travel with an empty mag gun out it will force the reload.)

When I have no ammo in magazine and I press V for melee attack, after animation of melee attack the weapon starts reloading :/

You have to spam the melee attack or just hold another weapon while approaching to melee so the auto reload does not trigger
