Can't mod anymore (say exec bl2reborn.txt). [Solved... kinda]

I really don't know what to do anymore.
I've had BL2 installed and it worked just fine with the mod.
The settings in BLCMM were perfectly fine and the "Hexedit Executable" is installed.

Than, I've installed the Pre Sequel and I couldn't get the patch to work, cause it only showed "say exec bl2reborn.txt", as if I just typed it in the chat.
After long raging and not knowing what's going on (especialy since I got it to work 1 year ago), I've uninstalled BL2 and the Pre Sequel plus I've deleted everything in MyDocuments related to the game.

Now if I just install BL2, I absolutely can't get the mod to work cause again... the command is just spelled out.
Also this time, I've had to use the HexMultitool in order to enable "Hexedit Executable", cause it was "Unknown" written in red beneath it.
Now it's the green "Installed", but nothing, even after changing the key to open the console.
And I can't "Revert" it, cause I just get a red error with the information "Can't Revert"

So yeah, anyone an idea?
Again, I got it to work one hour ago, and I've got the Pre Sequel to work a while ago, so I know how to patch/mod the game.
But this time, I have no clue what's going on...

Your issue is your exe isn't hex editted anymore.

The command "exec ____" worked becuase you hex editted your exe to allow for more commands.

The update to the game updated the exe to a new version, you have to hex edit the exe again.
blcmm should have an option to re-hex edit the exe but when I tried to it gave me errors. I still had an old version of filtertool from before blcmm was a thing that allowed me to hex edit.

It should feel similar to blcmm since it was just whta blcmm was before blcmm was a thing.
