Lost most of my SHiFT codes rewards...

So i started playing this game again last week and i noticed most of my rewards are gone, i try the shift codes again and they say that i already redeemed them. Any idea to why this is happening?

Also to all of you saying that Borderlands 3 will be Epic Exclusive probably still play Fortnite. (Won't happen, if it happens 2K loses alot of money.)

Yes sure, but in my characters what i apparently got with the codes when i redeemed them are gone. Like gone gone, like i never redeemed them in the first place.

Personally the 100 keys or 125 are nice but i prefer to farm for guns
If u r talking about skins or heads u can always use a 3rd program to get every skin u want
