except the RPG Loader aren't too bad if you have a good Absorb Shield on hand (you'll even get free rocket ammo)
ION Loaders can be disrupted with grenades, while EXP Loaders make a loud noise and have a visible AoE. Rocket launcher enemies, however, can deal massive damage before you realize there's a threat, either by shooting you at long distance or spawning while you're distracted.
you could possibly get the Sponge shield from the Seraph vendor in the Torgue DLC (providing you have a higher-level character to purchase and transfer it over, via Claptrap's Secret Stash), and you could also farm the BNK3R for the Sham shield.
but the chances of getting a Sham shield (let alone one with perfect parts) to drop from him, it's pretty much difficult as hell.
Got my 2nd 94% Sham which was my 1st in TPS ~ my OP8 Maya in BL2 stores the one from BL2. Irony is that by the time I found them I'd pretty much finished playing both games.
