According to the picture, there are 2 things that will cause this.

1. Speed runs. Pulling the lever while friends below still fighting enemies.

2. Pulling the lever and jumping into the platform below when it's moving up with Claptrap looking at you.

Yeah, it happens sometimes to me as well, I usually wait there for few moments and he just gets out, sometimes lowering fps to around 20-30 helps as well, at least in my experience :P

Just run back down to where the vending machines are and back. Sometimes the game doesnt notice that youve worked your way to the lift.

I just tabbed out and back in, knowing that tabbing in drops fps down to around 30 for me!

It's weird as having a high FPS makes him glitch like that. Before hoisting him it's best to set the FPS to 30 and then back to what ever your preferred setting is after he gets off the lift.

Guys, this thread is almost one years old...

Speedrun attempts make him glitch, just kill everyone, works for me

It only seems to happen when I'm waiting for him and looking at him when he's trying to leave the platform.

Read the tip somewhere to pull the lever and then just run on and wait for him higher up without looking back. Works for me, never happened again since (happened about 30-50% of the time before).

Sorry for necrobump, but you're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hero. I set my FPS to "Capped 30 FPS" and it got him unstuck instantly, did NOT want to grind through that whole level again in UVHM.

im not gonna watch the video but im guessing its the bug where he can't get over the bump in any case the fix for that is simply just to turn on vsync at that part
