Stuck on Hunt the Firehawk: Defeat Bandits

I was playing random co-op and fighting the bandits with the firehawk, when I disconnected. I came back and I was in frostburn canyon. Now all my quest indicator says is "Hunt the Bandits" and I have no way of reaching the quest area.

Any solutions?

you gotta run all the way back through the area where you were fighting them at, it a pain but you gotta go all the way through that map

This is an ARPG, zones respawn. When you load into the game, you load in at a start point (usually a Fast Travel station, though occasionally a zone entrance instead). In a game where all loot is randomized, this is considered a feature.

But yes, you'll have to reclear the entire zone to get back to where you were.

Honestly I’d just run through everything, especially if you got zer0. It’s a pain in the ass to fight everyone again.

I just shoot a goliath head off, and lead him to kill every thing, all the way to the bandit area. He'll be like Godlike Ultimate Goliath by the time he gets there.
