Try switching to English language i heard it only happens on other languages.
Not ideal fix if you prefer to play in your native language but at least the dialogues work.
Use that workaround while waiting till they fix this (if they fix it)
You should have two audio packs in the folder "Borderlands 2\DLC\Anemone\Lic\Audio". Can you check ?
The files should be named
Audio_Banks_anemone.pck
Audio_Streaming_anemone.pck
It's possibile, but requires some knowledge of the Unreal Engine 3. The file with the Borderlands 3 menu is "WillowGame.upk", and the section of the menu is called "WillowScrollingListDataProviderFrontEnd".
I don't know how UE3 works, so i pass the ball on this one :)
Yes, thats the file, i have removed the section which contains the Borderlands 3 text but it still appears.
