Go to caustic caverns. Dark Souls requires you walk in the acid for some time to reach an island. Minecraft easter egg is all the way at the opposite end of the map where you see some carts that need to be pushed. Hop over the wall on the right and you should see some blocks you can whack to break...

Dark Souls :
The area where you find Blue there is a chest. From the chest look out across the goo for an island with a big tree. Run there. That will show you the easter egg and complete the 'undiscovered' map challenge.
Minecraft :
Take the pushing the mine cart mission from the telegraph pole. Go to the area indicated. There will be a crystalisk that spawns when you are close to the cart. The minecraft area is to the right. You will have to jump over some square(ish) blocks then look for the minecrafty textures. Punch them and explore the area. Do not try to melee the creepers. The badass one can drop legendary sniper rifle and a red text shotgun.

a good alkaline shield will help you to go through the green (corrosive)(acid) stuf for the dark souls easter egg,

Be prepared for a long fight when you get to the island though. Manus, the father of the abyss, is very tough. You must fight him clad only in your underwear, and must only use a longsword and wooden shield (thoughtfully left there by the last adventurer for you to use). Kindly replace the gear in the same spot when you are finished. You will likely be lying in a pool of tears that sizzle as they run into the acid though...

No BL2 guns, grenades and the like. Manus eats Norfleet and Pimpernel ammo for lunch. He REALLY likes Sals. Makes Voraciduous look like a patsy. In any case, he IS the father.

Lots of rolling, dodging, and just trying to stay alive as he smacks you down again and again and again in your quest to get the easter egg achievement. Can summon Sif for help...why that Wolf comes to your aid after what you did to it though....

Haha I always stripped down to my characters undies :stapants: to fight bosses. It was the only way I could dodge and run away quickly enough. Demons souls is still my favourite. Hellish game but the atmosphere is peerless.

Funny, I just found the Dark Souls thing a couple of hours ago, and now I read this thread.

Didn't know what it was, never played Dark Souls so I was like, "who is this Solitaire guy and why does he laugh in such a creepy way?"

Spent over 30 minutes trying out various stuff, hoping to get some reward or something. Pretty boring actually.

The Minecraft easter egg is way more rewarding.
