Fastball Farming? [Boll]
So I am trying to farm the Fastball grenade mod from Boll in Three Horns Divide, but I just can't get it! I have lvled up twice already and I still haven't gotten it! I got one when doing the original quest. It was a corrosive one, but I just can't get anymore! What I do is typical Continue game, drive to location, then I throw the Fastball I already have at him to insta kill him. I have been dong this for a long time and still it has not dropped... What should I do?

Of course, right when I start a discussion I get it.
