ok, so after figuring out my possible Breakneck Banshee build......
the final build should look something like this after a major re-spec at Lvl-72:

http://bl2skills.com/siren.html#055051000005055005505554010501

the reason for maxing-out "Elated", "Sustenance" and "Life Tap", is to constantly keep my health regenerating, since i'll be using the Rough Rider shield

Looks solid. Well done! :orb:
thanks!!!! I would've specced 1-point into "Quicken", but at the same time, the Bone-of-the-Ancients relic and occasionally swapping to the Leg. Siren COM provides a much faster cooldown, and didn't wanna lose out on the speed-boost from "Fleet" (which was the entire point of this build).

besides the Rough Rider, you could theoretically use the Love Thumper and make "Fleet" active when depleted, especially if you have an Evisceration Rubi/Grog Nozzle. but the Rough Rider is best, as it always keeps this perk constantly active and the 20% Damage Resistance is also an added benefit.

Try something like this :

Not radically different, just some adjustment and possible additions.
Flicker isn't that strong - elemental chance only, not elemental damage. The points put into Chain Reaction will cause a whole lot more damage.
Kinetc Reflection helps against bullet slinging enemies - maybe 4/5 and 2/5 in Suspension. Try it out and see if it works for you.

will do, thanx!!! been trying to find a way to keep "Fleet" maxed out fully, while also using "Kinetic Reflection" for even further damage reduction against bullet-slinging enemies. but that build there is pretty much what i'm looking for

I do like Kinetic Reflection. It is very satisfing watching enemies kill themselves when the shoot at you. :grinsam:
and after double-checking those updated stats, it's both a "Breakneck Banshee" AND "Blurred Trickster" build all-in-one
