i've seen Torgue vending machines. not too sure about torque machines...
keep an eye out for a nice little pistol called the Pocket Rocket.
pretty cheap and ONLY available in TORGUE vending machines.

As others have said, there is no torque vendor in BL2. You're trying to discuss Torgue Vending Machines that stock some Torgue items you buy for Torgue tokens. No it's far from the best machine cos it's limited to players who've bought the Torgue DLC which many people don't ~ also it's not very practical cos you can't sell anything to it ~ finally it doesn't sell some of Torgue's best stuff like the SWORDSPLOSION!!!‎ shottie & any of the Torgue seraphs or pearlescents. If you want the Torgue unique pistol Pocket Rocket the Torgue machines sell it & if you like Torgue legendary items it can sell some as its IOTDs: Bonus Package, Flakker, KerBlaster, Nukem, Rolling Thunder & Unkempt Harold. It is kinda goofy lookin' & almost dances

It is the best vendor for legendary's if you got the right price for them (Torque tokens)
