How ever it does seem to fade in and out, like sme times the Bore skill does something. other tiems it does not.
at least i'm not the only one going nuts with random glitches like this happening.
Do not allocate any points
Save / quit and restart.
The game sanity checker should correct the number of skill points. Allocate skill points and carry on.
Probably a good idea to only have the vanilla game - no UCP, mods etc when you do this.
except I never installed the UCP or any mods, as I feel uncomfortable messing around with files (which could potentially screw up my game and/or computer if I don't know what i'm doing)
just tried it and it worked. the skill point count went back down to a normal 68 points, instead of the abnormal 73
Upon spawning there, I could move as normal, so I thought the bug was gone. I was running around Fyrestone, and went to go fight Bonehead (never know when that Savior's gonna drop, eh?). Well, I noticed I wasn't taking much damage, so, I ran right up to Bonehead, and I walked right through him. I tested this on other bandits, and my friend, and I walked right through them all. I guess the collision of my playermodel was bugged out?
I could pretty much walk though everything, bearing some walls. I went to Krom's Canyon, and was able to fall off the canyon without dying right away. It was so damn weird. The bug finally fixed itself when I entered a car in Salt Flats.
will do man, thanx!!! Although, I do have to admit, that I did get a big kick out of using the "Scorn" perk as a backup slagging method (its long cooldown is what holds it back from being perfect)
