Should I get the goty edition or the handsome edition?
I could save a few dollars by getting the goty edition, but it looks like the handsome edition includes a ton of stuff. Is it worth it?

The Handsome edition includes both BL2 and BLTP, as well as all DLC. The GOTY contains a large portion of the DLC and BL2 itself, but does not include any of the headhunter DLC, skins nore BLTP nor it's DLC. The Handsome collection is a far better deal.

Thanks a lot. Im definitely going to get the handsome edition, and ill have a few dollars left over.

When it's on sale, the Handsome Collection is the best deal, get that.

It means you pay less when you already own some items within the collection.

It means it's a Bundle. Its price is dynamic based on what you already own. The more of the existing content you already own, the less the overall price is.

By the time I purchased the Handsome Collection, I already owned most of the content, the only thing it had that I didn't have was a lot of cosmetics ... I think I paid $2-3 USD for it (on sale).
