Pyro Pete the Ultra Invincible not dropping seraph crystals.

I know what you’re thinking, pyro Pete only drops crystals on UVHM. I’ve seen it asked and answered before. However, I already play on UVHM. His name has the “Ultra” in it and all enemies level up to me. I’ve already turned in the mission to kill him to moxie and beat him a second time just to be sure, but alas no sariph crystals.

Please tell me it’s not some dumb mistake I’ve overlooked.

P.S. I’m lvl 54 comando solo on UVHM.

what lvl is pete? if he is lvl56 your in uvhm if he is lvl52 your in tvhm

When you start the game next time, don't press Continue. Select the character again and you should be offered the choice to start in Normal, TVHM and UVHM. Start in UVHM.

This is assuming you have completed the TVHM playthrough by defeating the Warrior and unlocking UVHM.

If you are only starting UVHM now at level 54, you are going to have a bad time of it I suspect. Enemies always scale to you in UVHM, so you will be faced with level 54 to 56 enemies and only have weapons from TVHM, capped at 50, max.

I’ve been playing UVHM since lvl 50. I know because the enemy’s have been scaling their lvl to me, also his name has ultimate in it. If someone tells me how, I can post a screencap of the fight with his name and lvl.

Pyro Pete will always be you +2 levels in UVHM, so he will be 56. If he is 52 you are in TVHM.

and not to mention, that Pyro Pete used to drop Seraph Crystals in TVHM at one point

here is a screencap of some enemys in the southern shelf who are some of the first you fight (lvl 30 or so i think in TVHM) it shows they are leveling up near mine.

TVHM scales everything up to level 50 after you defeat the Warrior, with some bosses and badass types going up to 52.

You're not in UVHM.

You where right, for the past week I thought I was playing the UVHM. The good new is I know what the problem was, the bad news is I have to play the campaign over on a harder difficulty.
