All's not peaches & cream with the FT ~ in BL2 it can slow down movement speed by 50% when equipped & active but can increase movement speed by 50% when the shield's depleted ~ note: this shield's capacity's so huge that it's rarely depleted; as well it can also modify jumping distances & heights negatively. In TPS its movement speed penalties are significantly reduced & for the first time in the series the FT becomes a very useful legendary shield. You may want to read about the FT in detail here ~ note that 99% of the details on this page apply to BL2 (not to TPS) ~ http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Fabled_Tortoise have fun
Like... you can do it yourself. Noone will blame you.
Anyways, I used my Fleet Maya and got a lvl 30 FT, if you want it, i'll join your game and drop it.
Loot on the train for true-mode is based on when a charater first entered.
