The contents of Claptraps secret stash are saved in the profile.bin, not your savefile.
You can deposit any variant you want to keep in there without losing the option to farm a quest indefinetely.

Either that or resetting UVHM multiple times.

Or with the community patch some enemies drop items like the sand hawk.


With the community patch Benny the booster has a chance to drop the sand hawk so you could farm him for one with the patch

The video shows how to farm the type of unique gun you want, not how to get multiples of it.

You can just reset your playthrough in UVHM and play again. Also, get a weapon with each of your characters in a round.

No, you don't need to edit anything or cheat for that.
