Rightsizing = Damage
Proactive = Bullet Speed
Corporate = Stability
Social = Reload Speed

It's personal preference combined with whatever class you're playing. For the classes that can have glass tank sorts of builds, Rightsizing is the most popular prefix for Hyperion SMGs in BL2 and TPS. Based on your class design, it can offer the best bang for your buck. If you've already got a Rightsizing variety, a second one with another element in Analytical & even a third one with another element in Proactive can come in awfully handy for higher level UVHM and OP players.
