Jakobs snipers are not bad by any means, but not all are worthwhile (blue).
Jakobs is best for classic sniping and one-hit kills thanks to raw damage. This includes sniper challenges Suprise and Eviscerated.
It is not. White & Blue Jakobs Snipers are bolt-action and therefore don't have the typical "fire as fast as you can pull the trigger" gimmick going for them, resulting in poor firerates.
Regardless, recently I've been paying more attention to the elemetal snipers, which in turn leads me to use more Maliwans. There's a lot of synergy for Maya with a Maliwan sniper.
