He's probably referring to the glitch where you kill the shooting dummy endlessly for XP, but it requires two players, Sanctuary in the air, and Marcus's rock paper genocide: Fire weapons mission, must not be completed.
Actually, you can replace one of the players with rubber bands. They are good stand-ins for actually playing the game.
Micbrochip will likely be here shortly asking for an infinity. Then how to get to the dummy. The capper is that they are likely "playing" Sal.
I've never understood this mentality. People with go to great lengths, often involving others, to get themselves to max level without playing. Yet they often consider doing the same themselves much more quickly and efficiently via Gibbed or save files to be somehow cheating.
Console thing?
Well actually, because of what I explained above, the player who is "helping" would need to get the Infinity, beause Microbchip would be unable to kill the dummy at their low level, so more work for the "helper". Then that player would have to go into the special location, and have their trigger button held down. Way too much effort to "help" one person.
Well first I'd like to point out that there are way too many people to count, who play BL2 on Steam but originally started on Console, I am also one of those people, but I play fairly, and always have. Anyway, on the topic of the glitch, it was popularised by Admiral Bahroo, and it was intended for console users, because save editors weren't really a thing back then for Borderlands 2 console saves. In some ways the bad habits they have obtained from console have carried over, and they forget just how superior PC is over console, when it comes to gaming, because of all its functions.
person could have easily used a gibbed save at the time to get the max level for free..
