Hallowed Hollow Forge Door not opening even after pressing button.

So I went through the main story of Hallowed Hollow. In ex. Killed sully and the Jack, the first time. SO I go to do collect brain candy quest and come to the point of having to go back through the forge. Lo and behold the door is closed and when I press the button to open the door, it does nothing but make the click sound of being pushed.

I am also stuck at this. i'll try to join join someone else's game and and go through the map, may be that will help. Try this

I have found a work around. you can use a grenade jump in order to jump onto the pipes on the right side of the forge enterance. then walk forward and "Jump" into the forge. Probably wont work with krieg though. seeing as he weighs more.

i found a workaround:

the broken bridge is the way,
grenade jumped from the gravestones near the shack near the bridge on top of the ranch then sprint jumped from the ranch to the top of the bridge & jumped to the other side of the bridge where brain candy can be reached xD

it most surely is a UCP bug.

im having this exact problem now. cant finish the side quest or hunt the secret boss now. i use the UCP
